چکیده:

We present a new approach to analysis the deformation of the left ventricle of the heart based on active mesh model that gives a compact representation of a set of points in a 3-D image. It is composed of topology and geometry of the object and associated elastic material properties. The method is image modality independent. The results of evaluation on a four set of image sequence reported in this paper clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
