چکیده:

in this paper the effectiveness of some FPGA-based RNG methods has been studied the study is based on an experimental evaluation of the methods to compare the speed hardware overhead and the quality of the generated numbers. The results show that in most FPGA devises LFSR is the highest speed generator but its number quality is very low the gellular automata method is faster than leap-forward LFSR. CA has better periodic features than FL-FLSR but its frequency of numbers and oscillation between ones and zeros are not as well as the FL-FLSR generator.
