چکیده:

In this paper mix design is accomplished based on the optimum ratio that resulted from minimum void of aggregate as well as minimum bulk density. Finally Experimentalresults of the fresh concrete (Slump flow and …) and hardened concrete (strength and …) show that this method is appropriate for producing SCC. In this paper presents a study onthe usage of different types of limestone powder, silica fume and … . It was found thatmixture of limestone powder and silica fume could be used successfully to produce SCC mixes. Nine different SCC mixtures are compared with 9 different mixtures ofconventionally vibrated concrete (CVC). The reached compressive strength of SCC did not differ from that of the CVC significantly in the majority of the published test results.Isolated cases, however, showed that at the same water cement ratios, slightly higher compressive strengths accomplished for SCC. At the same compressive strength, SCC demonstrated a lower module and higher tensile strength.
