چکیده:

One of the most contemporary applications for reinforced earth is in marine works. A Reinforced Earth Marine Wall (REMW) can be .used as a quay wall, wharf structure or as a protection structure. In this applications, a reinforced earth marine wall has to withstand against marine environment parameters such as submergence, tide, wave action and ship attack. These parameters cause additional considerations for design and construction of the structure to be taking account. This paper presents a computer program for analysis and design of reinforced earth marine walls which written based on a design procedures presented by the author. This program which called ADRES was written in FORTRAN 77 language. Using this program, analysis can be carried out in dry, saturated and submerged conditions. The program includes three main features which are: calculation of water table in the backfill; analysis of the structure for internal and external stability for different cases of the water table; and optimum design of reinforcements under different cases of changing water table
