چکیده:

In this paper a procedure for designing a CMOS oscillator is presented. The transistors’ dimensions are determined as a function of oscillation
amplitude, power consumption, resonator dissipation, and supply voltage. The eventual oscillator design is optimized for power consumption and oscillation amplitude. This design procedure can be easily automated as a CAD tool.
