چکیده:

In this paper, a low power CMOS analog circuit that generate the Gaussian function for pattern matching and classification applications is presented. The function is constructed by a novel current mode analog multiplier that is used as a signal squarer and exponential characteristics of MOS transistors in weak inversion. Due to low power consumption, compact structure and wide dynamic range can be easily integrated as a building block of a neural signal processing systems.
