چکیده:

This paper presents the design and evaluation of an active mechanism for minumizing the performance degradation of the computers network caused by congestion. The primary objectives of the mechanism are tolimit the impact of congestion an a congested node, to minimize packete loss. Current end-to-end feedback congestion control into routes . congestion is detercted at the router , which also immediately begins reacting to congestion by changing the traffic that has already entered the nerwork. We evaluated the performance of our algorithm and compare it with TCP Reno congestion control mechanism using simulation experiments.
