چکیده:

Zinc oxide (ZnO) has direct wide band gap (3.37 eV) and large excitation binding energy (60 MeV) [1]. It has attracted more interests because of its particular physical and chemical properties. Therefore, zinc oxide has been used in various application such as solar cell material, gas sensors , chemical absorbent, varistors, electronical and optical devices, catalyst, UV lasing, UV photonic devices, etc[2]. Hence, the synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles with controllable morphology has attracted attention from fundamental and practical researches. Several synthesis method for ZnO nanoparticles were proposed in recent year such as thermal evaporation , hydrothermal process, cyclic feeding chemical vapor deposition, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), metal-organic CVD, etc[3].
