Heat transfer and fluid flow through a miniature heat pipe have been studied. A numerical simulation of the system has been carried out using the finite volume method to study the dependence of fluid flow and heat transfer of a miniature heat pipe to its geometrical properties. The results of simulation show that with increasing heat pipe radius both of the pressure drop and thermal resistance will reduce. With increasing heat pipe length thermal resistance remain constant and pressure drop has increasing behavior.
