چکیده:

Earthquakes have clear and potential effect on urban zones. One of the most important results after occurrence an earthquake in cities is destruction of structures and buildings. Destruction of earthquake is a depended variable which alters by intensity of earthquake. Measuring rate of destruction of disasters is usually performed after taking place of unusual condition.
In this research by considering the condition after disaster in urban zone and defining of scenarios, a practical model for managing solid waste after disaster is presented. This model established on three bases which are: One – estimation volume of debris, Two – estimation worker and instrument for transferring debris and Three – evaluation all time which is needed to evacuation urban zone by considering data which is alculated from two last steps. Result of this research presents a new method for classifying, estimation and planning for debris management in disasters before occurrence of it. The practical model provides a possibility for determination of efficiency processes which is done after disasters.
