چکیده:

The paper is devoted to the calculation o f city electric supply system optimal work regimes. The normal and crisis conditions of electric supply were considered. For the former the problem of choice of optimal division points was solved. In this case the load model, which gives the best results, while the graph of electric consumption is changed, is provided (this graph a lway s changes). Under the conditions of energetic crisis the main problem for city electric supply system is solved. It consists of optimal distribution of fuel-energetic resources (FER) between energy receivers of apartments in winter and has as a purpose to provide sufficient resource of electric network. The distribution is fulfilled with thre least losses of FER. In the problem the demands are adopted for the reliability of city electric network power plants work. It is very important, as the FER deficit the loads of electric network and damage ability of power plants can increase repeatedly (in many times).
