چکیده:

Administrations always try to keep social justice and welfare by urban, regional and national plans.Urban planning tries to reach its economic, social and political goals by integrating Land use Planning and Strategic Urban Planning to improve the built, economic and social environments of communities and societies.This paper selected scholarly resources covering relevant social justice issues associated with the field of urban planning. The first uses of social justice theory as a guide to planning theory and practice were founded on David Harvey’s attempt to incorporate issues of redistributive justice into geographical methods of analysis.Zoning and planning simultaneously promotes social justice, economic opportunities, and environmental security for everyone by balancing private property rights while securing public needs
