چکیده:

Information technology has opened new way for firms to both create and manage competitive advantage within their respective industries . Retailers and third party logistics (3PL) in the supply chain management are no exception to use of such tools. This paper investigates a new possibility method for interconnecting retailers with their costumers via a 3PL and assesses such a model in the context of a case study based on data collected from boras in sweden.
