چکیده:

Majority of humankind is facing rapidly growing discrepancy between high rate of quality inside of different industrial and service branches and stagnant quality of Public Service.. Thanks to scientific approach many companies are able to produce its products with reject/nonconformity rate around 1 from million (ppm) or even 1 billion (ppb). Contrariwise in the Public Administration Sector we often meet old approaches, not takinginaccount special requirements of individual citizens/customers. Such state of affaires in Public Administration hampers not only quality of individual life, but also efficiency and competitiveness of whole nations. Promotion of Quality in Public Service is becoming increasingly important for successful future on nations. There are many methods and instruments available for Public service Quality improving. Among different
quality improvement instruments, the CAF model proved to be the most frequently used and effective model in the Czech Republic. With more than 50 applications we took one of prominent places in the whole Europe.
