چکیده:

In this paper a suitable fuzzy controller is designed for frequency control in the shahid Rajaie power plant . This controller is used in the place of existed proportional controller and its performance is compared to that of the proportional controller. In order to realization of this purpose, at first the fuzzy controller is designed by using the experimental behavior of. system, then by considering the general model of governor, turbine and generator provided by the IEEE society, the dynamic model of the power plant turbine- Generator is obtained. Then by using the Mat lab software the frequency- power control loop is simulated on personal Computer ( pc). The simulation results show when we use the fuzzy controller, the steady state and transient performance of this loop is more better compared to the case where the proportional controller is used , in the cases where we change continousely the speed changer and there is the load disturbances.
