this paper peresent an integraithm which covers both effects of personal productivity and financial operations.In this regared we introduce two models. Model NO.1 is allocated for human resources evelution and model NO.2 is allocated for financial operations evaluation based on DEA method.finally the rlation between these two models will be considered. In model NO.1 the effective personnel operation indicator are evaluated by the organization managment which is usually in qulitative forms converted in to quantittive from by AHP method, regarding the priorities of the eveluation marks.Then the ranking and effeciency of the organization will be recognized by the DEA method and BCC models In model NO.2 the effective financial indicator which are eveluated by the organization management too introduce the ranking and effeciency of the organization using DEA every model, the PCA main components analysis and numberal Taxonomy are applied.
