One of the main problems facing the use of Pacemaker (PM) or Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) in some special place is that those
devices will adversely interfere with the performance of other electronic devices (emissions) although they have Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). For example some pacemaker that were confirmed by the Medical Implant Commr.tnication Service (MICS) have Electromagnetic
compatibility in frequencies ranging from powerline (50/60 Hz) to microwave (2450 MHz), But what we should do for radio frequency (RF) more than 2 5GHz In this paper, Intelligent RF, Electromagnetic, low frequency magnelic, and condi.rcted emissions Alarm announcer (IEMA) that can be used successfully to detect these emissions is presented. In fact, IEIuIA is a miniaturized computer which monitors these interferingemissions by its antenna that is pasted on patient chest It can detect and alarm emissions that can be caused to derange the cardiac
stimulation operation. The system consists of a RF meter circuit, processing unit and an event detection circuit and alarm announcer
circuit. The device is portable and its circuit operates from a 5-V supply voltage and designs on Nanowatt technologt
