چکیده:

This paper presents an approach to the design of optimal diagonal precompensators for multivariable systems that is based on the modified
Mees’[۱] optimal scaling procedure. The method uses a least-squares criterion to formalize the mathematical forms of the necessary optimal
diagonal precompensators. It is shown how the proposed precompensators can be employed to achieve the diagonal dominance property. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
