چکیده:

Analyzing the competitive situation of the NIGC in the China LNG market requires different devices to gather data and information such as Directed Interview , Questionnaires, bools and documents ( news papers & internet sites), Hence , the investigators for surveying the intensity of the competitiveness in the China LNG market , utilize the Porters Five Forces Model ( Diamond Model ) in the other hand they analyze the internationalization ability of the NIGC in the fiels of LNG with the use of device like questionnaire and document study for all the micro and macro effective factors on NIGC external and internal environment on the base of PESTEL analytical model. Until with the use of Generic Model of Porter the best entrance policy to the china LNG market and the best method of internationalization has been chosen For which , number of 22 interviews and questionnaires fill out by NIGC top managers and professional experts in whole country , that accompany with gathered data ( from internet sites and information centers) following consequences have been presented. which on the base of Generic Model of Porter , utilization of cost leadership strategy accompany with the differentiona strategy in transportation system and distribution channel is the best penetration strategy in the China LNG market . Moreover , direct export strategy is the best internationalization strategy for NIGC
