چکیده:

Because conflagration is the result of great and extensive earthquake, in order to make safety inhabitant and stability and resistant of building against conflagration, and according to third section of building national rule, should be considered minimum safety rule such as making giving shelter space ,bounded fire space and etc against conflagration . Also based on publication principle number167, According to safety principle, the way of escaping of earth quack should be able to send out inhabitants. The minimal principle related to making a refractory small house in factories, national documents’ centers and laboratories is represented in magazines and international creditable pultans such as NEPA. Unfortunately this matter was not very important in society of civil engineering .concrete is one of the most resistant material against conflagration; while as the properties of concrete such as pressure resistance , bending resistance, elasticite module and rising of (iron)girdler is changed in the range of considerable and complicated form in high heat resulted of fire or conflagration . These change based on dimension, cross section of girdlers and feature of consumer material in concrete. in this article by helping laboratories instances, these change and effect of different parameter such as time duration exposed to fire , on this feature in one reinforced concrete girdler is discussed and analyzed , also because most of the work has been done was on refractory concrete in making kiln. Refractory concrete in the field of woks building in Iran isn’t studied andanalyzed very much and more refractory brick was discussed in this article by held to make laboratories instances, by Helping grand stone or aggregate of carbonate and cilice, reinforced concrete by special feature in making building according to publication rules number 167 and third chapter of international building rules is tried to discussed and analyzed.
