چکیده:

Molecular wires will be key components in nanoelectronics, as they offer much more than just charge transport and connection with the outside world. Porphyrin possesses good electron-donating properties due to its large, easily ionized, π-conjugated system. The unique properties of porphyrin-based molecular nanowires might form one element of molecular nanoelectronics, charge transport and connection with the outside world. They could provide important functionality, including charge storage ,current rectification, logic and switching
