چکیده:

Aqueous synthesis of high luminescence thioglycolic acid(TGA) and 1-1-thioglycerol(TG) stabilized CdTe and CdTe/CdS core_shell quantum dots (QDs) are studied in this paper. The photoluminescence and absorption band of spectra show that with increasing of the precursor concentration of CdS, the surface traps of CdTe improved and enhance the luminosity mainly, but increasing of the shell thickness more, causes the red shift ,the decreasing of luminosity and the increasing of full width at half-maximum (fwhm) for the same reflux time.
