چکیده:

Objective: The aims of this study were investigation of affect dietary administration of L-carnitine and vitamin C on total RBC and WBC, hemoglobin, hemotochrit, MCV and MCH, lymphocyte, neutrophyl, myelocyte, total protein, albumin, total IgM, C3, C4, and FCR in rainbow trout.
Method & Materials: In this study two groups of fish (weight: 110 ± ۱۰ g) were selected. The first group was treated with 20 g L-carnitin and 6 g
vitamin C Kg-1 dry diet for two months and the second group was selected as control and was fed on an ordinary diet. In the study, we analysed many factors including total RBC and WBC, hemoglobin, hemotochrit, MCV and MCH, total protein, albumin, total IgM, C3, C4, and FCR. Blood sampling was conducted at the end of the first and of the second month of the experimental period.
Results & Conclusion: The results showed that total protein, albumin, total IgM, total WBC, lymphocyte, neutrophyl, myelocyte were significantly different between the treatment and the control groups at the end of the experiment, whereas other factors such as total RBC, hemoglobin, hemotochrit, MCV and MCH, C3 and C4 were not significantly different. At the end of the experiment, FCR values were 1.5 and 1.8 in the treatment and in the control, respectively.
