چکیده:

The CFD model developed includes numerical model of mass transfer, air flow model, model of eddy diffusivity, pollutants deposition model, model of Monte-Carlosimulation. Air flow and Monte-Carlo simulation is used to determine the wind potential of Manjil area. Considering the stochastic nature of the phenomena, Monte-Carlo simulation has been used for modeling of dispersion in partial differential equations of dispersion model. The finite volume method has been used for solving theequations. The equations are solved on the basis of power-law scheme. The method of solving considers a transient phenomenon (time dependent equations). We consider the topography of Khuzestan province and Mahshahr area to use boundary conditions. The results show wind patterns, the amount of SO2 concentration as well as the amount of pollutant deposition at Mahshahr area.
