چکیده:

The adjustable set-point value for cabin pressure is computed throughout the aircraft ascent and descent to provide a reduced cabin pressure rate of change during nonlinear aircraft ascents and descents. The computed set-point value is the function of ambient pressure during the flight and the elevation of the aircraft take off and landing sites. The present invention will also control cabin pressure in different airport elevations even where the airport altitude is greater than the maximum cabin cruising altitude and the aircraft cabin pressure has to be decreased or increased in preparation for take off or landing respectively.It is also capable to provide an adaptive set-point that can anticipate cabin pressure profiles resulting from geography, weather, air traffic and etc.
