Rhodococcus nano layer membrane from broken cells was isolated with ultra centrifuge 60000g for 3hours. The isolated membrane could remove diethyl disulfide by 50%. The cell biomass could remove this compound by 80%. The bioremediation of this compound which is produced by oil and gas in Assaloeh is reported for first time. The results showed a monoxygenase enzyme witch is in membrane are responsible for bioremediation. Diethyl disulfide inhibited biofilm formation in Lactabacillus and addition of nanolayer of broken cell enhanced biofilm formation by Lactabacillus.
