چکیده:

Biotechnology is a key Biotechnology for the economic development of the next millennium and protection of intellectual property rights (IPRs) is at the core of the business for biotechnology frims. Thestudy of biology was transformedby the discoveryin 1953 of the structure of structure of DNA, which is the genetic metarial of living organisms. Since then, scientists have made considerable advances in understanding howDNA works, and how differences in DNA lead to differences between people. Nevertheless, the debate on what, how, and when biotechnologicalinventional can be protected by legal means is still going on.
