چکیده:

TiO2/Ag2S decorated MWNTs photocatalyst with different molar ratio was prepared by chemical precipitation method. The resulting photocatalyst was characterized by XRD, BET, SEM and UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. It was found that the resulting TiO2/Ag2S decorated MWNTs exhibits significantly higher photocatalytic activity than the TiO2/Ag2S on the degradation of acid orange 7 under mercury lamp. This method can be easily scaled up for industrial production of photocatalyst for pollutants removal because of its convenience and energy saving
