چکیده:

A special type of Co-Si mesoporous aluminium silicate molecular sieves; Co-Si MASM with Si/Al molar
ratios of 25, 50, 100, 150 were synthesise by sol-gel method and has been used as a powerful catalyst for
synthesize of carbon spheres (CS’s) by the catalytic chemical vapour deposition of C2H2 at 550ºC and 850ºC
for 30 minutes. The obtained uniform CS’s at 550ºC and 850ºC were characterized by XRD, FTIR, Scanning
electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Raman spectroscopy.
