چکیده:

During the last decades, nanometer-sized palladium particles have attracted much attention from researchers and technological view points. This is due to the unique physicochemical properties and the importance of palladium nanoparticles [1, 2]. Pd nanoparticles are widely used in electronic [3], gas sensors [4] and inorganic membranes for hydrogen separation [5].Doping of palladium nanoparticles on nanostructures are anticipated to feature in both scientific research and future device applications such as cluster, catalyst and biotechnology [6]. To deposit Pd nanoparticles on different solid substrates such as CNTs, Pd nanoparticles must be synthesized prior to deposition.Although there are numerous synthesis methods for metal nanoparticles on different substrates, but systematic studies on the effects of substrates on deposition of metal nanoparticles are rare. In this study, a simple and quick method is proposed for large-scale production of palladium nanoparticles, which could be doped on different carbon substrate. The effect of different carbon supports for deposition of palladium nanoparticles by CVD methods are compared in detail.
