چکیده:

Many organizations are in a confused state having a number of improvement initiatives. Even six sigma approach could not fulfill the yawning gap. The paper gives a robust approach to evolve a project selection process with Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and project hopper to feed and sustain various improvement initiatives. A project hopper concept with project selection metrics ensures that different types of projects viz topdown , bottom-up, solution known, solution unknown are addressed adequately to ensure implementation of the strategy.
