چکیده:

─This paper deals with two powerful methods in induction motor (IM) control, fiel oriented control(FOC) and direct torque control (DTC). The proposed method is a new control technique mixed of FOC andDTC. To employ the advantages of FOC and DTC methods, the proposed controller calculates the motorreference current using discrete time equations based on FOC and chooses the proper switching vector usingmodified DTC conventional switching table. The proposed method is tested by MATLAB simulationmodel. The results at transient and steady state modes verify the ability of controller in load torque tracking.The advantage of the proposed drive system is fixed switching frequency of the inverter switches.
