چکیده:

Iron oxide nanoparticles as Fe3O4 were synthesized by the glycothermal reaction of metal acetylacetonate and diols at 200-700 ˚C. The products were then calcined at different temperatures in the range of 500-1200˚C. All products were characterized by SEM, TEM and XRD. It is found that the calcination temperature, rate of temperature˚C/min, solvent and pressure are important factors. The nanoparticles were successfully synthesized with size ranges about 25 nm.
