چکیده:

Action planning is an important and complicated step in strategic management. It determines a set of specific tasks to implement the strategy achieve the strategics objective of the organization (IMIDRO), holding with 6 bilion dollors annual sales, was facing the challenge of translating its strategy to an action plan for implementation. this paper presentsa framework for development of action palns in such a holding and explains the application of the framework in IMIDRO.
