چکیده:

Nowadays Electric Utility (EU)is being pressed under the severe deregulation policies. Some new systems are proposed in order to making the EU become more efficient organizations. Specifically y among such a proposals are. new charging systems as well as introduction of the competition. But. naturally the successful result from these new systems arc based on the assumption that the EU can shift to evolve to a more efficient bodics/organizations. One of the important factors lies in the comprehending of corporate culture of EU. If wc misunderstand the corporate culture of EU, we can not gain the good result from the deregulation policies. Unfortunately there are few researches and reports in which the corporate culture of EU be investigated. Ibis study intend to prepare the quantitative analysis and report to understand the E corporate culture of U in Japan. Three main objectives arc ensued in this paper. First it is tried to clarify the position of corporate culture of EU in comparison with that of Local Government and P-ate Enterprise, because EU have two opposite features of public oriented (public organization)
and riv profit oriented (private organization). Second objective is to specify how the important characteristics of being Big enterprise and Local monopoly in EU, influence the corporate culture. The last objective Is to judge whether the corporate culture of EU is conformed with the
deregulation policies and reforming attempts or not.
