چکیده:

In a rapidly changing environment , innovative firms are increasingly using the Balanced scorecard to identify and communicate key factors that drive future values giving better indecators of where the organization is going . The balanced scorecard has emerged as a proven and effective performance management tool that can be leveraged to enable alignment of the IT strategy with that of the business . in recent years the BSC has been applied to information technology so information technology balanced scorecard (IT BSC) has been emerged which has 4 perspective like BSC and can provide feedback around both the internal business processes and the external outcomes in order to continuously improve strategic performance and results.
