Tube hydroforming technology is still considered as a new technique growing fast in automotive and aircraft industries. It requires many researches and developments on all aspects of this process. Internal pressure and axial feeding are the most effective parameters on success of the process without any common defects. In this paper, an experimental setup for tube hydroforming is designed after calculation of all the main parameters affecting the process. The hydraulic control system is designed for two forms of linear and nonlinear pressure application. Defined pressure and feeding loading paths are applied and experimentally tested.
