چکیده:

In this paper an ultra-wideband (UWB) CfuIOS low noise amplifier (LNA) topologt that combines a narrowbancl LM with a resistive shuntfeedback
is proposed. The resistive shr.mt-feedback provides wideband inpr.i matching with small noise fgure (NF) degradation by reducing the Q-factor of the narrowband LNA inpttt and by flattening the pass-band gain. The proposed UWB amplifier is implemented in 0.l8pm CIUIOS technology for 3 1-10 6-GHz with a supply voltage of 1.8V. Simulations show a -3-dB gctin bandwidth of 3.5-10 GHz, a minimttm NF of 2 2 dB, a power gain of 12.2 dB, and a power dissipation of 23 4 mW.
