As practitioners we have to be aware that online learning experience can be designed in a number of ways, some of which provide learners with richer online learning experiences than others.Instructional designed theory and models have been proposed which can assist in the structuring of the processes involved in preparing effective learning situation, especially for online learning.A new breed of professionals known as learning technologies have emerged which aim to address the pertinent issue of effective curriculum designed in regards to the application of emerging technologies.The aim of this paper is to emphasis the material into the appropriate educational environment. The paper also discusses the issues concerning instructional design theory models an how they may help us in courseware design.
