چکیده:

Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a powerful tool that translates the Voice of the Customer (VoC) into the Engineering Characteristics (ECs). On the other hand TRIZ (a Russian acronym for Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) was developed to assist engineers in finding innovative solutions to technical problems in product development processes. Combining these two methodologies leads to the useful method for systematically execute the processes from product planning to conceptual design. The paper describes a method for integrates QFD with TRIZ and finally, a case study with fuzzy QFD, which allow us to handle linguistic data, e.g., human perception, judgment and evaluation on importance or relationship strength presented.
