چکیده:

A DNA-dendronized polymer nano-cluster is generally formed by wrapping the DNA around a dendronized polymer (see Figure). The electrostatic potential generated around the DNA-dendronized polymer nano-cluster, which plays a central role in biological systems, has been determined by a finite difference method. This has been found that the electrostatic free energy of the mobile ions and the entropic free energy of solvent (water) and entropic free energy of mobile ions are affected by the size of the pitch and the least change in these free energies corresponds to optimum pitch. The result indicates that the least change in the entropy of the living cell and its constituents will be occurred with DNA-Dendrimer nano-clusters with the optimum pitch. Therefore, the best biological activity is resulted from the least disturbance of the living cell and its constituents on the arrival of the nano-cluster with its optimum pitch. This was also found that the best pitch is 35Ë which allows DNA-Dendrimer nano-clusters penetrates into the living cell and does the least disturbance on cell’s constituents which cause the least disturbance on the performance of its biological activity.
