چکیده:

DNA self-assembly is the most advanced and versatile system that has been experimentally demonstrated for programmable construction of patterned systems on the molecular scale. In this paper we present various strategies to assemble DNA based networks for application in nano-filters and nano-devices. The appropriate thermodynamics of networks formation were calculated. In this study we designed a new method to construct fully designed nano-networks using DNA nanotechnology. One of the most valuable benefits of construction such networks is their use in nano-filtering processes, as they can simply use to manufacture special nanofilters to purify the medium, and water and oil resources.
