The failure of the application of tissue engineering in clinical trials is questionable. Tissue engineereed scaffolds used in tissue regeneration have micron structures that fail to be analogous to native extracelluar matrix (ECM) in terms of both chemical composition and physical structure as a suitable surface structure for cell attachment, proliferation, and differentiation. In order to mimic in vivo topography of the native tissue created by extracellular matrix components (which make up all soft tissues), the surface features of each biomaterials should be in nanodimensional. In the present work, you will find different types of tissue regeneration through application of our nanoparticles (Figure 1) through controlled release technology of DNA and growth factors for tissue regeneration such as Cartilage, Bone, and Heart diseases (Figure 2).
