چکیده:

We propose using double wall carbon nanotubes as interconnects. A circuit model has been developed and has been used for predicting switching speed of double-wall Carbon Nanotubes (DWCNTs). DWCNTs can improve interconnect characteristics if both of its concentric shells can conduct. DC and AC properties of DWCNTs can be simulated using the developed transmission line models. Physical origination and the effects of intershell interaction between shells are not still well understood.
