چکیده:

Driving force expressions for multicomponent gas hydrate formation in pipe are developed. Fractional filling of the hydrate cavities are taken as a
function of external pressure. Composition of the gas hydrate is calculatedin conditions far from equilibrium. A correlation is used for the calculation of the molar volume of liquid water as a function of temperature and pressure instead of assuming a constant value. The results of the calculation by the new models are compared with the previous works which assumed equality of hydrate composition and molar volume of water in equilibrium and non equilibrium conditions.
