The tourism sector has been one of the more pro-active sectors in the development of e-Commerce in Iran. Tourism is an information product at the point of purchase therefore buyers depend on accurate, reliable and trustworthy information. The One-Stop Information Portal and the Tourism Data Warehouse can make an important contribution in improving the quaiiry and quantity of information provided on Iran to international tourists.
