Investigations on soft magnetic materials are performed to increase magnetic permeability, magnetization saturation and to decrease coercivity. Due to no crystalline microstructure at amorphous materials, magnetocrystaline anisotropy of them is so low and their permeability is so high, but there are industrial needs to increase permeability more [1,2]. Increasing of permeability is guaranteed at amorphous materials but decreasing of magnetization is happened in these systems too. Additional elements can help to get optimizedmagnetic properties. There is not any exact idea to answer how additional elements effect on ultimate magnetic properties [3-5]. Co-base amorphous alloys have maximum permeability in soft magnetic materials. In this work, synthesizing of amorphous soft magnetic ribbons Co64Fe4Ni2B19-xSi8Cr3Alx (x=0, 1, 2, 3) by melt spinning method is studied and optimized Al amount in this alloy with the best magnetic properties is determined.
