Polymeric nanocomposites are being developed due to their unique properties. One of the approach in this filed is production and processing of nanocomposite filament yarn with permanent antibacterial activity. Considering the fact that fiber and film processing are the most difficult procedures of molding polymeric materials, this paper concerned to investigating the effect of texturing and drawing process on physical and structural properties of silver/zinc loaded filament yarns for production bioactive nanocomposite textiles
