چکیده:

The adsorption of CO 2 on a commercial activated carbon sample, at 298K and pressure ranging 300-1200 (mbar) has been investigated experimentally, using a vacuum adsorption apparatus, in order to get more information about the application of activated carbons for flue gas cleaning. The adsorption data were fitted to applicable widely used isotherm equations. The selectivity of adsorption of CO2 over N2, at 25°C on the above activated carbon was also determined.
