چکیده:

This paper presents nine Total Quality Management’s Critical Techniques (TQM’s CTs) in automotive industry and also determines the efficiency contribution of usage of these techniques. In order to achieve this purposal, four significant criteria for measuring the efficiency of TQM’s CTs have been proposed. This study has been carried out at Malaysia Automotive Manufacturing Industry (MAMI) by the quality experts. Analytic
Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been employed that is a Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methodology. The results show the priority of TQM’s CTs based on their efficiency degree to achieve a better overall performance of the manufacturing industry. Also a sensitivity analysis is conducted to indicate the realistic of its final outcome. Finally an AHP model as a decision-making model is recommended with .03 overall inconsistency to warn the management to promote the use of TQM’s CTs efficiently.
